•Implemented Clerk authentication with role-based access control across five roles (candidate, interviewer, recruiter, developer, admin), plus token-based email invitations and custom permission definitions gating scheduling, feedback, and admin operations.
•Designed a structured feedback system with weighted competency scoring, shared/private notes, and pass/reject/hold decisions, backed by an audit log and an admin dashboard for managing interviews, teams, and roles.
